“My most memorable moment at Rakuna is fixing a production issue just a few minutes before our customer started their recruiting event. My team deployed a new feature over the weekend and found some critical issues the next morning. We worked all day to find the root issue and fixed it just a few minutes before the event started. Even though the process was tough for all of us, it was also very rewarding. In the end, no matter how tough the situation is, we always work our hardest to deliver the best service to our customers.”
